Objectives:
1. To describe the pathophysiology of diseases that can recur after kidney transplantation
2. To discuss strategies currently available to treat these diseases and their outcomes
3. To discuss our funded study of a novel method to prevent recurrence of the dismal disease focal segmental glomerulosclerosis in transplants
